Crown Point Resort, Ruidoso

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the views from my unit were absolutely stunning, the overall condition left a lot to be desired. The service felt very lacking at times, especially considering the size of the resort and its amenities. Parking was convenient, but with so many issues in our unit, I can't say it was good value for money.

I had an overall pleasant stay, enjoying stunning views from my unit. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to switch rooms when we faced issues with noisy neighbors. However, I was disappointed to find that the unit needed updates, and some amenities were not functioning as expected. The resort's location on the mountainside is truly lovely, offering a serene environment, but some aspects could definitely use improvement.

Staying at this resort was a unique experience. The grounds were beautifully situated on a mountain, providing lovely views and a chance to enjoy fresh mountain air, though the lack of air conditioning made it a bit warm. The condo itself was clean and spacious, with handicap-friendly features, but the property felt quite old.
